Information you provide
If you join the launch list, we collect the email address you submit. If you send a partnership or general enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, company or brand name, enquiry type and message.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential brand partnerships, manage the pre-launch list and communicate about Cosma Mine where you have asked us to do so. We do not sell personal information.
Website hosting and email delivery
Cosma Mine is designed to be hosted on Cloudflare. Hosting and email infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs as part of delivering and protecting the website. Contact and launch-list submissions are transmitted through the site’s configured email service.
Cookies and analytics
This launch version does not intentionally set advertising cookies or include third-party advertising trackers. If analytics, advertising or additional tracking tools are added later, this policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was submitted, our business records and applicable legal requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or unsubscribe from launch communications, by emailing hello@cosmamine.com.
